IHG 【昆明洲际酒店】培训经理 in Kunming, China
【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店员工培训体系的规划、建立与实施，制定年度培训计划并监督执行； 2、根据酒店各部门需求，设计并开发针对性的培训课程，包括新员工入职培训、岗位技能培训、管理能力提升培训等； 3、组织并实施各类培训活动，确保培训内容符合酒店服务标准及品牌要求； 4、评估培训效果，通过反馈与数据分析优化培训方案，提升员工整体素质与服务水平； 5、协调内外部培训资源，管理培训预算，确保培训工作高效、经济地开展； 6、协助人力资源部完成员工职业发展规划，推动酒店人才梯队建设。
【岗位要求】
1、大专及以上学历，人力资源管理、酒店管理、教育学或相关专业优先； 2、3年以上酒店培训或相关工作经验，熟悉酒店运营流程及服务标准； 3、具备优秀的课程开发与培训授课能力，能独立完成培训需求分析与方案设计； 4、良好的沟通协调能力，能够与各部门高效合作，推动培训计划落地； 5、熟练使用办公软件及培训管理工具，具备数据分析与报告撰写能力； 6、责任心强，工作细致，具备较强的抗压能力与团队管理意识。
