Job description

The responsibilities of the Executive Assistant will include but not limited to the following:

• Business support to CEO

o Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

o involve in business, meetings and help in communication and preparation of reports, presentations with technical inputs

o Coordinate with stakeholders (local, international) and ensure smooth flow of information / actions to-from CEO

• Calendar & Scheduling:

o Responsible for full spectrum of secretarial activities including managing calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings for CEO.

o Coordinate internal and external meetings, including managing logistics support.

o Coordinating for travel arrangement and other associated requirements for CEO.

• Communication Management:

o Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

o Draft, collate and manage internal and external communications for vetting of CEO.

• Project Coordination:

o Assist in tracking key projects, timelines, escalations and other status updates for the CEO.

o Prepare briefing documents and ensure the CEO is well-informed for meetings.

• Administrative Support:

o Manage expense reports, procurement requests, and other administrative tasks.

o Support in organizing company events and executive-level engagements.

Skills and Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate / MBA

Experience:

• Min 5 years' experience

Preferred Skills / Attributes :

• Good MS Office skills

• Experience in Secretarial functions

• Exposure to administrative activities

• Knowledge in Travel / Visa processing

• Working knowledge of French is an added advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
