What you’ll do:
This role is responsible for installing and commissioning of electrical systems at client's locations, conducting routine preventive maintenance on electrical systems to identify and address potential issues, diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical system failures or malfunctions, performing onsite equipment repairs during a breakdown or warranty claim, and being available for 24x7 on-call support to address urgent issues.
Install and commission electrical systems at client locations.
Participate in site meetings and inspections, and engage in SAT,UAT and FAT processes.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance on electrical systems to identify and address potential issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical system failures or malfunctions.
Perform onsite equipment repairs during a breakdown or warranty claim.
Be available for on-call support to address urgent issues outside regular working hours.
Maintaining personal and company work tooling, ensuring 100% availability.
To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinkingb. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMSc. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirementsd. Ensuring the QMS meets its goalse. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMSf. Create a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Electrical, Mechatronic or similar Engineering degree or Diploma.
1-3 years experience in the area of electrical equipment such as UPS, switchgear or transformers
Ability to assemble, evaluate, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, and appliances
Reads and interpret diagrams of transformers, switchgears, UPS, etc.
Troubleshoot system failure or errors and defining a work plan to rectify or repair
Operate with confidence electrical instrumentations which are multimeters, clamp meters, scope meters, insulation meters and resistance meters
Familiarity in power switching and load transfers
Strong written and verbal proficiency in English

Self-motivated
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to conformably converse with customers and colleagues in a professional environment
A keen focus on safety and a demonstrated record of implementing safety best practices
