What You Can Expect
Job Summary
Support end-to-end order management, customer engagement, and sales operations by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of orders, quotations, and surgical bookings.
Act as the liaison between customers, internal departments, and sales teams to ensure smooth coordination and seamless delivery of Zimmer Biomet products and services.
How You'll Create Impact
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Service Support (60%)
Create case booking in surgery management system
Processes replenishment and billing to customers
Processes Purchase Orders from distributors
Liaise with welfare agencies on Guarantee Letter claim procedure
Prepare documentation for credit note transaction
Manage redeployment and returns in the SAP
Manage instruments repair process from issuing quotations, arrangement items to be sent to repair center and liaise with custom on the item clearance and receiving the repaired item
Prepare and submit quotations, pricing letters, tender documents, and approval forms.
Initiate price update in SAP system
Prepare patient card
Checking monthly claims for sales department
Salesforce and concur (Creating Hospital, HCPs name & APAC Medical Support )
Issue PO for sales and marketing department
Logistic Support (20%)
Co-ordinate with warehouse on stock availability & delivery
Work closely with warehouse on case booking, replenishment & redeployment
Reports & Monitoring (20%)
Run reports on sales accrual, active listing, backorder & etc
Monthly CS team meeting
