Carsome Quality Assurance Executive (Carlist.my) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Job Purpose:
To ensure published listings are compliant to listing guideline;
Moderate newly created / edited listings within the agreed SLA for both post and pre moderation;
Job Responsibilities:
Moderate listings as per the guideline (picture angles, description and average demand price)
Monitor live listings to identify obsolete listings and delete accordingly
Keep track of new car launches for all models and update the details in the portal
Collaborate with Account Management to ensure dealers comply to the listing guideline
Manage variant code (vehicle code) with Redbook to ensure all models are available in the portal for listing creation
Essential knowledge, skills and abilities:
Knowledge of various car makes/brands
Interest to learn more about Malaysia's automotive industry
Extremely high standards of accuracy and time management
Able to support the moderation process during weekends and/or public holidays on a rotation basis
Able to communicate well with internal stakeholders
Maintain absolute integrity and confidentiality; To do what is right in any situation
