About the role
As a Project Manager, will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end delivery of a core migration project. This includes planning, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, risks, and dependencies, and ensuring successful migration with minimal disruption to business operations. The role will also require close engagement with key stakeholders to ensure project objectives and deliverables are achieved.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 to 4 days a week in a client or Cognizant office. What you must have to be considered
Proven experience managing large-scale system or core platform migration projects
Strong experience in project planning, governance, and stakeholder management
Preferrable work before in financial industry/insurance
These will help you succeed
Experience in project reporting and executive-level communication
Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile would be an advantage
