Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a PE-Maps specialist where you will leverage your Arabic language skills to enhance customer support experiences. This role involves working from our office during day shifts focusing on delivering exceptional service and support. With a maximum of 2 years of experience you will play a crucial role in bridging communication gaps and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support by utilizing Arabic language skills to communicate effectively with clients.

  • Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly ensuring a positive experience.

  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving customer service processes.
