Purpose of Role
The Marketing Rookie (6-month internship) will be responsible for supporting the digital marketing operations, strategies, and projects of the marketing team, as well as managing Malaysia’s social media channels. They will have the opportunity to embark on a 360-degree learning journey and become a part of the Marketing team.
We will prioritize candidates who can dedicate themselves to a full-time 6-month internship.
Your Impact
DIGITAL MARKETING
Draft social media posts, captions, and stories
Brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns (hashtags, challenges, reels)
MARKETING AND EVENT SUPPORT
Work cross-functionally to bring campaigns to life
Handle seeding products for athletes, ambassadors, media and KOLs
Brainstorm activation and social media ideas to increase followers
Consolidate campaign post event report
Event support, including real-time content capture and other duties
Coordinate logistics (venue setup, registration, giveaways)
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Delivery of seeding products
Arranging and managing of seeding products inventory within the office store-room
Qualifications
Basic understanding of marketing principles and consumer behaviours
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, media studies, or related fields
Has a strong interest in sports
A keen learner who is creative, detail-oriented, resourceful, and driven
Understands the need for ownership and possesses a sense of urgency
Able to work independently and as part of a team, where needed
Willing to listen, include, and respect the beliefs of teammates
