Key Responsibilities Design and develop Power Platform solutions, including M365 Copilot and AI-enabled experiences, to meet client requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams under challenging circumstances to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions Demonstrate deep expertise across the Power Platform suite, including Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and intelligent automation patterns Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft 365, leveraging Copilot where appropriate to accelerate productivity and insight Design and implement AI-enhanced workflows using Power Automate, AI Builder, and generative AI capabilities Perform thorough unit testing, validation, and quality assurance on completed solutions Share best practices for Power Platform, Copilot, and responsible AI adoption with global Avanade team members Manage task backlogs for continuous improvement, identify opportunities to apply AI for efficiency and innovation, and contribute to solution estimates
