We are in search of a talented and motivated Customer Acquisition Manager (SEA) to join our team. This role is located in Malaysia and will be working remote with a global team. We are open to candidates located in the Philippines or Indonesia.
What the team accomplishes together:
airG’s Business Development & Sales Team support the organization’s product growth goals through their strong relationships with our partners. We ensure airG maximizes growth by understanding the value airG provides to our partners, creates meaningful and effective marketing campaigns, and effectively drives customers to our products .
What you will do:
Create, manage and optimize all aspects of multiple customer acquisition campaigns and strategies simultaneously, across various media channels.
Optimize and modify campaigns using daily analytics and reporting to maximize efficiency, ROI and budgeting
Report performance of user acquisition campaigns as required on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis and make recommendations to senior management and peers
Measure, evaluate, and adjust campaign strategies to optimize performance using key data variables (i.e. constantly dive into the data and identify opportunities to increase volume and ROI).
Identify, develop, track and report on key ROI metrics to drive performance optimization decisions
Identify, contact and launch new marketing partnerships, collaborate with existing ones, and work with them all to develop a comprehensive set of initiatives to drive acquisition.
Analyze product/customer relationships & conversion patterns to ensure optimal targeting of products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maximize marketing opportunities, analyze industry trends and the strategies of our competitors to ensure competitive advantage.
Who you are:
3 to 5 years progressive growth in performance marketing (i.e. SEM, Social, Mobile and/or DSP/RTB), managing significant campaign budgets
Experience in DCB in SEA- Singapore, Malaysia, PH, IDR and Thailand
Completion of specialized programs or certifications in Digital Marketing, such as Google Ads certification
Strong analytical and performance marketing background coupled with a creative and innovative approach to tackling business and marketing challenges
Strong Experience with analytic and campaign management tools
Strong qualitative orientation – you’re a data junkie and love exploring data to build insights
Deep understanding of online media marketing metrics/terminology/analytics
Analytical and creative thinking with the ability to translate strategy into tactics, and ideas into action
Some Nice To Haves:
Experience with Google/ Meta in DCB
Experience in Running campaigns for Subscription led services.
Experience in Entertainment, Sports or Media space
Knowledge of behavioral targeting and re-marketing technologies
