Responsibilities
Key Performance
- Creative Direction & Concept Development
Collaborate with Creative Directors to develop compelling brand narratives and campaign ideas.
Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire the creative team with fresh concepts.
Ensure that all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and client objectives.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship
Guide designers, copywriters, and junior creatives in developing high-impact visuals and messaging.
Provide constructive feedback to elevate the team’s creative output.
Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Project & Client Management
Work closely with account managers, strategists, and clients to translate business objectives into creative solutions.
Present creative ideas and campaign proposals to stakeholders with confidence.
Oversee project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Multi-Channel Execution
Adapt creative ideas across various platforms, including digital, social media, print, TV, and experiential marketing.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate innovative solutions.
Ensure consistency in storytelling and brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Performance & Impact Measurement
Analyze the effectiveness of creative campaigns using key performance metrics.
Adjust strategies based on insights and feedback to optimize results.
Collaborate with media and data teams to ensure data-driven creativity.
