The Associate Creative Director (ACD) plays a crucial role in shaping and executing the creative vision of a brand or campaign. Leadership in the Role

Responsibilities

Key Performance

  1. Creative Direction & Concept Development
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors to develop compelling brand narratives and campaign ideas.

  • Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire the creative team with fresh concepts.

  • Ensure that all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and client objectives.

  1. Team Leadership & Mentorship
  • Guide designers, copywriters, and junior creatives in developing high-impact visuals and messaging.

  • Provide constructive feedback to elevate the team’s creative output.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

  1. Project & Client Management
  • Work closely with account managers, strategists, and clients to translate business objectives into creative solutions.

  • Present creative ideas and campaign proposals to stakeholders with confidence.

  • Oversee project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

  1. Multi-Channel Execution
  • Adapt creative ideas across various platforms, including digital, social media, print, TV, and experiential marketing.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate innovative solutions.

  • Ensure consistency in storytelling and brand identity across all touchpoints.

  1. Performance & Impact Measurement
  • Analyze the effectiveness of creative campaigns using key performance metrics.

  • Adjust strategies based on insights and feedback to optimize results.

  • Collaborate with media and data teams to ensure data-driven creativity.
