Key Responsibilities
Own functional conversion impact analysis for ECC → S/4HANA
Analyze Simplification Items and assess business impact
Drive FittoStandard workshops with minimal redesign approach
Validate configuration consistency pre and postconversion
Support data migration validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities
Lead SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing
Ensure integration continuity with SD, MM, FI, PS, GTS, BW, etc.
Support hypercare and business stabilization post GoLive
Required Skills & Experience
8–12 years SAP functional experience
At least one full ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield conversion
Strong understanding of S/4HANA functional simplifications
Exposure to global templates and multicountry rollouts
Ability to work with technical, Basis & integration teams
