Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Brand Safety & Platform Specialist where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and security of our online platforms. With a focus on maintaining brand safety you will leverage your expertise in MS Excel to analyze data and support decision-making processes. This hybrid role offers rotational shifts providing flexibility and exposure to diverse operational scenarios.
Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate online platforms to ensure compliance with brand safety standards
Utilize MS Excel to analyze data and generate reports that support strategic decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
Assist in the implementation of platform enhancements to improve user experience and security
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize platform performance
Support the development and execution of brand safety policies and procedures
Participate in regular audits to assess the effectiveness of safety measures and identify areas for improvement
Engage with stakeholders to communicate findings and propose actionable solutions
Contribute to the creation of training materials and resources to educate team members on brand safety practices
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure the companys platforms remain competitive and secure
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure seamless integration of safety measures
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving platform-related issues to minimize disruptions
Enhance the companys reputation by ensuring platforms are safe and trustworthy for users. Technical Skills
Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
Possess a strong understanding of online domain and platform operations
Exhibit excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data sets
Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts
Display strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams
Demonstrate problem-solving abilities to address platform challenges
Maintain adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent written, reading & spoken communications skills in native Indonesian proficiency and understanding of local culture. Good communications skills (English)
