About the role
As a Change Manager, you will develop a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and conduct change impact analysis, change readiness assessments, identify key stakeholders, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 to 4 days a week in a client or Cognizant office. What you must have to be considered
Experience and knowledgeable of change management principles and methodologies (example: Prosci certification)
Have carried out Organisation Change Management activities in at least 3 large scale business/digital transformation engagements. These activities included Change Planning, Change Impact Assessment, Change Readiness Assessment, Stakeholder Analysis and Management, Communication etc.
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
These will help you succeed
Have experience working with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
You have experience providing a set of Change and Training frameworks that can be leveraged across the different groups within the organization.
Have experience conducting change impact analysis, change readiness assessments, identify key stakeholders, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
