Why This Role Matters
As a Production Planning Coordinator, you will ensure efficient and effective production scheduling across tire assembly and curing areas. You will harmonize daily, weekly, and monthly plans, coordinate new product industrialization, and optimize production flow to meet plant objectives.
What You’ll Do
Convert weekly production plans into daily actionable schedules while considering operational constraints
Create, harmonize, and issue plans for tire building and curing, aligning with stock levels
Prioritize production activities during machine breakdowns or process interruptions
Coordinate industrialization of new tire sizes with minimal disruption, collaborating with Quality and Production teams
Plan and oversee installation, cleaning, and maintenance of molds
Monitor production plan implementation and analyze daily, monthly, and annual performance
Identify potential downtime and suggest improvements to enhance production efficiency
What You’ll Bring
Basic Qualifications
VI/VII degree in Technological Engineering or similar
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with MES (POD) software
Analytical and problem-solving skills
English language skills
Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
Adaptability, patience, and ability to meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in production planning in a manufacturing or tire production environment
Knowledge of industrialization processes and mold management
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
