FMWB, INC Landscape Crew Leader in KRUM, Texas
Oversee and supervise a crew of 3 to 4 Landscape Laborers. Monitor that proper equipment and personal safety measures are followed. Inspect and maintain equipment. Coordinate daily crew time sheets. Supervise loading and unloading of tools, gas, equipment, and stock as needed. Must be able to demonstrate, train, and oversee proper use of tractors, shovels, picks, and other needed equipment to remove vegetation and install temporary landscape, including silt barriers, mesh matting, rock or earth berms, and grading. Supervise, demonstrate, train, and oversee overseeding for erosion control. Multiple worksites throughout Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Grayson, Tarrant and Wise Counties; Transportation provided to all job sites from a central location in KRUM, TX. Must be able to lift 50 lbs daily and work in hot/cold weather. Post-hire/Employer-paid background check and drug testing. No Education requirements. 24 Months experience as a Landscape Laborer working in the erosion control field. Any suitable combination of education training and/or experience is acceptable equaling 24 months is acceptable.
