Why This Role Matters
As a Transport Specialist, you play a key role in ensuring the efficient planning and execution of international transport operations. By optimizing sea and air freight activities, monitoring end-to-end logistics processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives, you contribute directly to operational excellence, cost efficiency, and service reliability across our supply chain.
What You’ll Do
Plan and optimize international sea and air transport operations.
Coordinate end-to-end logistics from pickup to delivery.
Proactively resolve transport disruptions and delays.
Monitor, control, and verify transport costs for compliance.
Analyze KPIs to improve transport quality, reliability, and efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams and international partners.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operations.
What You’ll Bring
University degree in logistics, economics, technical, or related fields.
Desirable 1–3 years of experience in similar roles; preferably in logistics processes in an international environment or opportunity for first time employment.
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and MS Office tools.
SAP experience or familiarity with similar business systems is an advantage.
