The Test Automation Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO). The Test Engineer will work closely with our Test & Validation Manager, Test Lead, business and IT teams to ensure high-quality deliveries and maintain robust automation frameworks.
This position is part of the Global IT organization’s location in Krakow, Poland and will be working onsite. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Collaborate closely with the Test & Validation Manager to align scope, priorities, test strategy, and reporting
Develop and maintain automated test suites in a test automation tool using a no- or low-code approach
Execute automated and manual tests as needed; analyze results and report defects with clear reproduction steps and evidence
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps) and monitor stability
Ensure traceability of requirements, test cases, results, and defects in Azure DevOps
Prepare and maintain testing documentation and evidence in line with quality standards and audit needs.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree or a similar academic degree within a relevant field or related work experience
Proven experience in test automation (design, scripting/configuration, execution, maintenance)
Hands-on experience with low-code test automation tools in ERP or enterprise applications
Good understanding of D365FO business processes and test data management
Familiarity with Azure DevOps (Test Plans, Boards, Pipelines) or similar toolchain
Strong communication skills and fluent in English
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
RSAT or other Microsoft-first testing tools
Regulated environments (e.g., SOX/GxP) and validation practices
Root-cause analysis and optimizing automation stability
ISTQB Foundation Level (or higher) is a plus
