AON Talent Development Operations Administrator in Krakow, Poland

Responsible for supporting the effective delivery and administration of talent development programs and initiatives across the form. This role ensures quality service delivery of all operational aspects of talent development including managing learning and performance systems (primarily Workday), improving processes, and providing data and analytics to support the talent strategy and operational framework.

Our office is situated in Cracow, and we embrace a hybrid working model (50/50).

What the day will look like:

System Administration & Support

  • Assist with maintaining Workday Performance & Talent module, including basic configuration, data updates, and minor troubleshooting.

  • Support the talent development operational framework by ensuring colleague access, content management, and system configuration that follow leading guidelines.

  • Support the rollout of new talent and performance technologies, processes, and enhancements to the Workday platform.

  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for Workday learning updates, new features, and integrations to ensure system changes meet business requirements and do not disrupt existing processes.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures used for talent development administration.

    Operational Process Coordination

  • Provide day-to-day support and administration of talent development functional processes.

  • Monitor process timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and the colleague experience.

  • Track and adhere to key performance indicators and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for daily operations

    User Support & Training

  • Collaborate with Corporate Systems to resolve Workday Performance issues, providing timely support and resolutions as needed.

  • Create and support training materials (e.g. job aids, help text, FAQs) and communications that promote effective system utilization and adoption across the organization.

  • Provide guidance and training to team members on system functionality.

  • Gather feedback from colleagues and collaborate with partners to identify difficulties and recommend enhancements to improve engagement and satisfaction.

    Reporting & Analytics

  • Analyze data and generate reports within Workday to assess performance program effectiveness.

  • Review data for completeness and accuracy, working with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies.

  • Support data audits and compliance checks as required.

    Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal partners (including Talent Development, Compliance, Corporate Systems, etc.) to ensure alignment and seamless administration of processes.

  • Assist in communication and change management efforts for new processes and system enhancements.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success:

  • Experience with Workday Performance & Talent modules or other comparable learning management platforms

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with process improvement and operational enhancements

  • Basic project management skills, including ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Exceptional attention to detail and inquisitive mindset

  • Demonstrated collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams

  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities

  • Ability to work independently, under tight deadlines.

  • Experience working in global environment with ability to collaborate across time zones and adapt solutions to meet diverse regional needs.
