Hours: Full-time internship, 40 h/per week.
Duration: 6 months (with possible extension)
Location: Cracow, Poland (onsite - hybrid, 3 days in the office)

Your Impact
You’ll work across multiple stacks and domains to build integrations and features that power the next generation of Cisco’s global platform.
Design and implement both functional and non-functional backend features.
Drive product integrations across Cisco’s product portfolio.
Work across multiple back-end technologies: Java, Python, other if needed
Collaborate with other international teams to ensure end-to-end delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
Student pursuing B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a leading university graduating in 2026
Hands-on backend development experience with Java or Python
Excellent English communication skills
Able to legally live and work in Krakow (Poland), without visa support or sponsorship now or in the future (even after graduating college)

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of AWS, cloud technologies, and/or Kubernetes
Knowledge of databases (Postgres, DynamoDB, etc.)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practice
