Job Description Summary
The Small Orders Project Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of small, low‑complexity customer projects and orders from handover through closure. The role focuses on high‑volume execution, strong customer communication, and disciplined control of scope, schedule, cost, and revenue recognition.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring on‑time delivery, margin protection, and customer satisfaction while efficiently managing multiple concurrent small orders in a fast‑paced environment.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution
Manage multiple small orders / small projects concurrently from initiation to closure
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within approved cost
Apply standard project management processes appropriate for low‑complexity engagements
Actively manage risks, dependencies, and change requests to avoid scope creep
Customer & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding scope, milestones, risks, and next steps
Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Service, Engineering, Finance, and Operations
Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
Financial & Commercial Control
Own order execution, cost tracking, and margin protection for assigned small orders
Support timely revenue recognition, invoicing, and financial close‑out
Identify and escalate financial risks early and propose mitigation actions
Governance, Tools & Reporting
Ensure projects meet defined small‑order eligibility and gating criteria
Maintain accurate project data in project management and financial systems
Provide regular status updates and forecasting to PMO and leadership
Contribute to continuous improvement of small‑order delivery processes
Continuous Improvement & Team Collaboration
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve cycle time
Share lessons learned and best practices across the PM community
Support onboarding or transition of small orders within shared or CoE models
Required Qualifications
Fluent in German and English Language (both written and verbal)
Basic experience in Project Management.
Desired Characteristics:
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) – preferred
Experience in services delivery, healthcare, IT, or technical environments
Strong customer‑facing communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, international organization
Comfort working with standard PM and financial tools (e.g. PPM systems, Smartsheet, SAP, Workday)

Pay Range
For Poland based positions, Annual Salary Range:166 400,00PLN-228 800,00PLN
