AON RtR Junior Finance Analyst (2nd shift) in Krakow, Poland

What the day will look like
As a Junior Finance Analyst, you will support accounting, reporting, and internal control processes for US entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP. Your day may include:
Responsibility for accounting, tax, and statistical reporting for assigned entities
Performing US GAAP accounting as part of monthly, quarterly, and annual group reporting
Executing month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations
Supporting migrations of accounting processes from other countries
Performing SOX controls and collaborating with internal and external auditors
Ensuring transactions follow corporate policies and statutory requirements
Assisting in creating internal control documentation
Participating in testing new systems, tools, and policies

Skills and experience that will lead to success
Around 1 year of experience in accounting, ideally in GL
Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience in a multinational shared services environment
Knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS
Very good command of English and strong communication skills
Advanced MS Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/workflow tools
Strong motivation, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
Additional accounting certifications are a plus
