Meet Our Team:
Are you interested in technical product management, cloud technologies, AI, and building practical tools that make teams more effective? We are looking for a student or recent graduate to join us as a Product Operations / Product Management Intern. In this role, you will work closely with one of our Product Managers and contribute to both product research and the development of lightweight internal tools that help product teams work more efficiently.
This internship is a great opportunity to learn how product teams operate in a real technology environment while experimenting with AI-assisted coding, automation, dashboards, and internal applications.
What You'll Do at Pega:
Path 1:
Support Product Managers with research, analysis, and structured insights
Help prepare product materials, summaries, presentations, and internal documentation
Work in one of two domains: Cloud Infrastructure (AWS / GCP) & Observability & Monitoring
Path 2:
Explore and prototype lightweight internal tools for Product Managers
Use AI and modern coding workflows to create automations and practical solutions
Contribute to improving reporting, dashboards, and productivity workflows used by the product team
Learn how product decisions are supported by research, data, experimentation, and cross-team collaboration
Depending on ongoing work, you may also gain exposure to product domains such as cloud infrastructure or observability and monitoring.

Practical knowledge of JavaScript or React.

Familiarity with cloud concepts or platforms such as AWS or GCP.
Interest in monitoring, observability, or tools like Grafana.
Experience with student projects, GitHub repositories, hackathons, or personal technical projects.
Curiosity about using AI tools to speed up research, coding, and prototyping.

Additional Information:
The pay range for this role is PLN 5500 - 6000 gross/ month. Final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions, and may vary from the posted range. Information on benefits and other applicable perks will be shared at the relevant stage of the recruitment process.
