IBM O2C Continuous Improvement Operation Delivery Lead in Krakow, Poland

Your role and responsibilities
Oversee daily Finance and Procurement Centers service delivery to the client, ensuring process, SLA, and KPI adherence.
Proactively resolve delivery issues and escalations.
Act as main contact for the client’s Business Process Owner
Align service delivery capabilities with evolving business needs.
Provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations.
Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to manage dependencies.
Identify and support process/system improvements and UAT.
Promote efficiency via optimization and automation.
Prepare O2C project framework, define roles, milestones, and timelines.
Ensure user understanding of changes; develop and deliver training.
Support best practice implementation and lessons learned.
Required technical and professional expertise
Strong O2C process knowledge (SAP, etc.).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Results-driven with focus on continuous improvement.
High attention to detail and process discipline.
Fluent English
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Financial Planning Tools: Exposure to financial planning tools and software, including budgeting and forecasting systems, to support financial management and revenue growth.
• Process Improvement Methodologies: Experience with process improvement methodologies, including Lean or Six Sigma, to analyze and optimize business processes.
• Data Analysis Techniques: Exposure to data analysis techniques, including data visualization and statistical analysis, to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
