AON Learning Technology & Solutions Manager in Krakow, Poland
Responsible for advanced support, administration, and optimization of Workday learning platform within our organization. This role will intake, support, and consult on the learning strategy as provided by the People Organization to implement process enhancements, improve utilization of Workday Learning, and align to leading best practices that enable a world class learning experience and system for our colleagues and the firm.
Our office is situated in Cracow, and we embrace a hybrid working model (50/50).

What the day will look like:
System Administration & Configuration
Serve as a domain expert for Workday Learning module, including advanced configuration, data integrity, and troubleshooting.
Develop and maintain a learning operational framework that follows top industry standards regarding user access, learning content management, and system configuration.
Support the rollout of new learning technologies, processes, and enhancements to the Workday platform.
Lead and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for Workday learning updates, new features, and integrations to ensure system changes meet business requirements and do not disrupt existing processes.
Maintain accurate documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures related to learning administration and operational processes.
Know the latest system updates, industry trends, and developments in learning technology and proactively recommend relevant innovations to improve learning solutions.
Operational Support & Process Improvement
Deploy operational support model that enables learning strategies developed by the People Organization, ensuring alignment and execution within Workday.
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize system usage, colleague experience, and operational efficiency.
Develop and track key performance indicators and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for learning technology operations, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
User Support & Training
Serve as point of contact for learning administrators for Workday learning issues, providing timely support and resolutions.
Develop and deliver training materials (e.g. job aids, help text, FAQs) and communications that promote effective system utilization and adoption across the organization.
Provide guidance and training to team members, colleagues, and partners on system functionality and standard processes.
Champion the colleague learning experience by gathering feedback from end-users, identifying difficulties, and recommending enhancements to improve engagement and satisfaction.
Reporting & Analytics
Analyze data and generate reports within Workday to assess learning program effectiveness and provide actionable insights to leadership and partners.
Monitor learning data quality and integrity, proactively identifying discrepancies or gaps, partnering with relevant teams to resolve issues and ensure accurate reporting.
Leverage analytics to forecast learning needs and support data-driven decision making for future learning initiatives.
Stakeholder, Vendor, & Change Management
Manage learning administration vendor(s); oversee service delivery, manage contracts and SLAs, coordinate issue resolution and ensure compliance with agreed standard procedures.
Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders (including Talent Development, Compliance, Corporate Systems, Extended Learning teams, etc.) to optimize learning administration processes and ensure a high-quality learner experience.
Collaborate with People Organization, Corporate Systems, and business partners to solve complex operational issues and ensure learning processes are in alignment with organizational goals, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Support change management initiatives related to learning systems, including communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and implementation & stabilization support.
Coordinate with Corporate Systems to support integrations between Workday Learning and other learning/business systems.
Governance, Compliance, & Data Security
Ensure learning data privacy and security by adhering to organizational policies and regulatory requirements by monitoring system access and permissions.
Support the People Organization in the creation and refinement of learning strategies, providing operational insights and feedback based on system and process expertise.
Skills and experience that will lead to success:
Advanced proficiency in Workday Learning or other comparable learning management platforms (Workday certifications are a strong plus)
Critical Thinking: demonstrated ability not only to complete but also to build and drive critical plans.
Proven track record with real, measurable examples of pivotal initiatives they have led and delivered.
Solid understanding of performance metrics; experience in setting, tracking, and achieving measurable goals.

Experience with ServiceNow or similar service management platforms
Data privacy and security awareness, particularly in handling learning and HR/People data
Vendor management experience, including working with outsourced provider and service delivery model
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, under tight deadlines.
Experience working in global environment with ability to collaborate across time zones and adapt solutions to meet diverse regional needs.
