Finance Operations Manager – Kraków (Hybrid)

What the day will look like
As a Finance Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality delivery of finance services while leading and developing teams within the Controllership Global Capability Centre.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with client finance and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on service delivery and strategic priorities
Support day-to-day Record to Report (RTR), Intercompany (ICO), Balance Sheet Analytics (BA) and Lease operations in partnership with the Controllership GCC Lead
Own governance of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Lead, recruit, develop and retain high-performing teams delivering financial controls and business partnering services
Support talent management initiatives including training, career development and performance evaluation
Act as a key point of contact for client finance departments and senior business partners
Represent the Controllership GCC in internal and external meetings, steering groups and operational reviews
Drive continuous process improvement, efficiency and standardisation across the Controllership function
Provide financial insight, advice and support to enable sound business decision-making

Skills and experience that will lead to success
Minimum 3 years of experience managing teams in a finance or shared services environment
At least 6 years of professional experience in financial services, accounting or controllership-related roles
University degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field (professional finance or accountancy qualification is a strong advantage)
Fluent English at C1 level or higher
Strong track record of delivering high-quality services, managing stakeholders and driving process improvements
