AON Commercial Programs Execution Coordinator in Krakow, Poland

The Commercial Programs Execution Coordinator will provide vital support to the EMEA Commercial Execution Leader, CCO and broader EMEA commercial team.

This a strategic support in delivering our commercial strategy across new business and client retention. The position acts as a trusted advisor, providing support across a wide range of areas, ensuring effective communication with key partners and the commercial community, and leading projects that enable the CCO to focus on critical initiatives. Partnering with country CCOs, segment leaders, solution line leaders, marketing and sales enablement, responsibilities include, but are not limited to: execution and tracking of key growth plans, accelerating Aon Client Leadership strategies, supporting key marketing campaigns, working with sales enablement to translate key insights into actions that strengthen sales, leading specific commercial projects and supporting the business planning process.

Our office is situated in Cracow, and we embrace a hybrid working model (50/50).

What the day will look like:

The role focuses on producing and coordinating communications, undertaking analytics and producing insights to inform commercial strategies including preparation of materials for key commercial initiatives.

Commercial function support

  • Support the preparation of insight for Commercial Townhalls, EMEA Executive meetings, and client events.

  • Prepare agendas, coordinate logistics, and assist with follow‑up actions.

  • Assist with ad hoc tasks and special projects as directed by the Commercial Programs and Execution Leader or CCO team.

    Reporting and Analytics

  • Work closely with the Sales Enablement team to support commercial reporting and analysis – pipeline quality monitoring and deep dives; product and solution density; win rates and jeopardy.

  • Assist in gathering data, preparing reports, and tracking key performance indicators.

  • Produce EMEA commercial insights using LMP and at industry level.

    Communications Support

  • Help draft and distribute internal communications, updates, and presentations for the CCO and commercial leadership.

  • Support the development of materials for panels, events, and other commercial initiatives.

    Project Assistance

  • Provide administrative and project support for ongoing commercial programs, including research, document preparation, and coordination.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success:

  • Proven experience in supporting commercial, sales, or business operations functions, ideally gained over few years in a corporate environment.

  • Understanding of commercial processes, reporting, and performance metrics.

  • Familiarity with preparing communications, presentations, and meeting materials.

  • Analytical capabilities with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data.

  • Strong coordination skills, including preparing agendas, managing logistics, and following up on action items.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and ability to work with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., CRM, BI tools, or internal commercial systems); AI literacy

  • Detail oriented with a proactive, can do attitude.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities; experienced supporting multiple programs, initiatives, or projects at the same time.

  • Ability to conduct research, compile documentation, and assist in overall project execution.

  • Flexibility to support ad hoc tasks and urgent commercial initiatives.
