AON Client Services Delivery Associate (Aon Strategy & Technology Group) in Krakow, Poland

Aon is currently recruiting a Client Services Delivery Associate to join the Client Delivery & Execution team.

You will collaborate with various internal teams across the globe (including sales, risk, finance, operations, brokers, , and others), as well as external clients.

This role involves the prioritisation, review and management of contract execution, billing and renewals, and Workday PSA processes.

This is a hybrid role with the requirement to work from our Krakow office.

What the day will look like

As a Client Services Delivery Associate, your key responsibilities will involve but not be limited to:

  • Partner with business leaders, legal, finance, and operations teams to coordinate and execute client contracts in line with Aon and STG standards

  • Facilitate the end-to-end contract execution process, including document review, internal approvals, DocuSign setup, signature tracking, and contract completion

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across contract lifecycle management tools, Workday PSA, and Excel-based trackers

  • Set up and maintain contracts, projects, and billing structures in Workday PSA, ensuring alignment with commercial terms

  • Prepare, review, and issue scheduled billing and renewal documentation, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with agreed client terms

  • Proactively manage renewals and billing milestones, coordinating with internal stakeholders and clients to support retention and revenue realization

  • Use advanced Excel skills to track contract status, billing schedules, revenue data, and operational KPIs, identifying risks and discrepancies

  • Act as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear, timely, and professional communication

  • Manage shared mailboxes, workflow tools, and task queues to ensure requests are prioritized and resolved efficiently

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and documentation, contributing to the continuous improvement of the Client Delivery & Execution function

  • Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support scalability, consistency, and knowledge sharing across the team

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

    As a Client Services Delivery Associate your skills and qualifications will include:

  • Above average excel skills, including the ability to work confidently with formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data validation, and structured trackers used for operational and financial reporting

  • Strong proficiency across MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)

  • A high attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize tasks

  • Good organizational and administrative skills

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels with client focus; understanding and applying appropriate communication styles as needed.

  • Ability to enter and analyse data and check its accuracy

  • Flexibility and openness to new challenges and tasks

  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements to reduce time and improve efficiency within STG Client Services Delivery

  • Some paralegal/legal/contracting experience in a fast-paced environment would be desirable

  • Familiarity with Workday PSA a plus
