Administrative Assistant

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the smooth daily operation of the SSC office in Krakow

  • Being the first point of contact for employees and visitors in office matters

  • Cooperating with suppliers (facilities, office equipment, services) and coordinating orders

  • Organizing office space and ensuring the comfort of the team

  • Supporting the HR and Finance teams in their day-to-day tasks

  • Providing operational support for HR processes (including onboarding, benefits, reporting)

  • Organizing company meetings and events from a logistical and budgetary perspective

  • Streamlining office processes and organizing documentation

  • Performing day-to-day administrative tasks and ad hoc activities

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • High level of accuracy, responsibility and independence

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to cooperate with various teams and stakeholders

  • Practical knowledge of office tools (MS Office or equivalent)

  • English language skills enabling effective communication in an international environment (minimum B2 level)

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs

  • Availability to work from the office in Krakow at least 3 days per week
