We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a General Banking Manager (MPF) II.
In this role you will:
GBM-MPF is a leader role
Generate customers’ interest in Mandatory Provident Funds & general banking solutions
Explore referral opportunities for various channels
Drive sales productivity in service excellence
Plan and monitor team capacity
Provide timely coaching and support to achieve the team goal by aggregating individual performance
Lead the team to deliver business focus in line with RBW strategies
Engage members in capabilities development and uplift the staff well-being through daily activity planning, process streamlining, skill transfer and mind-set motivation
To be successful you will need:
University graduate with a degree in a relevant discipline
Solid MPF/Frontline experience and preferably with sales leadership experience
Possess sound knowledge on MPF, general banking products and familiar with the sales process
Ability to lead and drive team performance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong leadership capabilities and people management skills
Good spoken and written English and Chinese skills, with Putonghua a definite advantage
Possess MPF, Investment and Insurances and compliance with related Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements
