Responsible for providing instrument installation and maintenance, technical advice, consultation & troubleshooting within Hong Kong and Macau
Complete service documentation according to the BD specification and requirement of service contract
Support and assist HK Sales and Marketing team for any business issue
Interface effectively with other departments to resolve customer problems and issues.
Promote service contract to maintain the growth of HK service revenue
Properly maintain spare part inventory, test equipment, tools and technical data documentation
Requirements
3 years maintenance experience or above (within this industry is an advantage but not a must)
High Diploma or above in Engineering or similar field
Outstanding communication skills
An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability
