You will take care of the administration and data reporting connected to all training program or activities carried out by the functional Capability team and for administering the learning and development portal content.

How you will contribute :
Local improvement and standardization agent in the Shopfloor
Foster the sustainability of standards through systematic standard-work definition and disciplined process-confirmation
Give cross-functional daily ”on-the-job” support and reinforcement to DMS-Leaders during the 3 daily management system routine (1: Find the problem; 2: Fix the problem; 3: Keep the problem from coming back)
Challenge the socio-technical system (People, Organization, Process, Advanced Technology) through daily kaizen in order to exploit the full performance potential
What we look for:
Work experience: At least 1 year experience in production or internship in manufacturing.
Final year student or recent graduate with a degree in one of the following disciplines: Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Automation Engineering or a related study.
Technical knowledge: Technical knowledge, experience in production, experience with Lean tools (e.g. 5S, 7 waste, Kanban, TPM, SMED, KAIZEN, Line balancing, SOP, VSM, Jidoka, etc.)
English is a must and Slovak or Hungarian
More Information:
Start date : from May to August
Searching for: 2 talented individuals to join the program
Duration: 12 months
Location: Kostolne Kracany, Slovakia
Part-time: 20 hr weekly / flexible scheduling
Salary (monthly, gross): 1,537 EUR / pro-rated comes to approx. 800-900 EUR range, depending on weekly hours
