Your role and responsibilities
We are seeking an AEM Sites Architect to design, optimize, and govern enterprise-scale Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites implementations. The role focuses on technical architecture, performance, scalability, and authoring experience, while collaborating closely with business, marketing, and content stakeholders.
This role requires someone who is strongly hands‑on technically but also comfortable acting as a bridge between business and engineering teams.
The key responsibilities for the position are:
Design and evolve AEM Sites architecture
Define component, template, and backend standards
Optimize performance, SEO, and authoring experience
Lead platform audits and remediation
Collaborate on CI/CD and cloud deployments
Translate business requirements into technical designs
Required technical and professional expertise
'- 6+ years AEM Sites experience
3+ years in a solution architect / technical lead role
Strong Java, Sling Models, OSGi
Dispatcher & caching strategies
Experience working with business stakeholders
Experience with REST APIs & system integrations.
Preferred technical and professional experience
'- AEM Cloud Service experience
Adobe certifications
CI/CD exposure
