Job Summary

OMS Salesforce OMS and OCI The Functional Specialist (ISG) will play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing our Order Management System (OMS) processes. With a focus on partner enablement and Sterling OMS the specialist will ensure seamless integration and functionality. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and domain knowledge in Finance & Accounting to drive efficiency and innovation in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve OMS processes ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Develop and implement strategies for partner enablement leveraging Sterling OMS to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Provide technical expertise in OMS focusing on system integration and functionality to support business needs.

  • Oversee the configuration and customization of Sterling OMS to meet specific business requirements.

  • Monitor and evaluate OMS performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team understanding and utilization of OMS capabilities.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all OMS-related activities.

  • Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance OMS processes.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for OMS enhancements.

  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for OMS-related issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

  • Maintain documentation of OMS processes and configurations for future reference and training purposes.

  • Work closely with finance and accounting teams to integrate OMS processes with financial systems ensuring seamless data flow.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate expertise in OMS Partner Enablement and Sterling OMS showcasing a deep understanding of system functionalities.

  • Possess strong analytical skills to assess and optimize OMS processes effectively.

  • Exhibit proficiency in finance and accounting domain enabling integration of OMS with financial systems.

  • Show ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities efficiently.

  • Display excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address OMS-related challenges promptly.

  • Possess a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
