Your role and responsibilities

  • As a Package Consultant for Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll, you will guide clients through the implementation, customization, and continuous improvement of Workday's human capital management (HCM) solutions, focusing on the Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules. You will ensure seamless integration and optimal performance, aligning with clients' policies and regulatory requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Design Efficient Time Management Processes: Design and configure time management processes to meet clients' needs, ensuring accurate time recording and leave management.

  • Configure Payroll Structures: Set up and manage payroll structures, complying with global payroll regulations and clients' policies.

  • Manage Absences: Implement and manage absence management processes, aligning with clients' policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead Workshops and Training Sessions: Deliver workshops and training sessions to end-users, enabling them to effectively utilize the Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules.

  • Provide Post-Go-Live Support: Offer post-implementation support, including data validation and troubleshooting, to ensure smooth system operation.

Required technical and professional expertise

  • Exposure to Workday HCM Solutions: Familiarity with Workday's human capital management (HCM) solutions, specifically the Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules, is essential for this role.

  • Understanding of Time Tracking Methodologies: Knowledge of modern time tracking methodologies, including designing efficient time management processes and configuring time recording systems.

  • Global Payroll Regulations: Exposure to global payroll regulations and understanding of payroll structures, including compliance and regulatory requirements.

  • Absence Management Best Practices: Familiarity with absence management best practices, including implementing and managing absence management processes.

  • Problem-Solving in System Configuration: Experience working with system configuration and troubleshooting, with strong problem-solving abilities to address issues that arise during implementation or usage.

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Modern Time Tracking Tools: Exposure to modern time tracking tools and methodologies, including designing efficient time management processes and configuring time recording systems, is beneficial for this role.

  • Global Payroll Compliance: Familiarity with global payroll compliance and regulatory requirements, including understanding of payroll structures and compliance, is advantageous.

  • Advanced Problem-Solving: Experience working with system configuration and troubleshooting, with strong problem-solving abilities to address complex issues that arise during implementation or usage, is preferred.
