Your role and responsibilities
As a Package Consultant for Oracle Cloud HCM Time & Absence, you will lead the implementation of business processes within the Oracle HCM Time & Absence modules. Your role involves facilitating business process sessions to gather requirements, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to optimize process efficiencies and minimize future maintenance efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Lead Business Process Sessions: Facilitate sessions to gather requirements, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to optimize process efficiencies and minimize future maintenance efforts. This includes applying best practices in process design, product customization, and functional design. • Design and Configure Solutions: Utilize expertise to design, configure, prototype, and test the application, ensuring it aligns with client-specific business needs. • Educate Clients: Share Oracle HCM best practices with clients and identify opportunities for additional services. • Provide Project Updates: Offer regular status updates on project progress to engagement managers. • Enhance Product Skills: Participate in training and other events to enhance and share product skills with other practitioners.
Required technical and professional expertise
• Oracle HCM Time & Absence Expertise: Experience with Oracle HCM Time & Absence modules, including configuration, prototyping, and testing to meet client-specific business needs. • Business Process Design Knowledge: Experience with designing and optimizing business processes to minimize future maintenance efforts and ensure process efficiencies. • Packaged Solution Proficiency: Experience with packaged solutions, including process design, product customization, and functional design to deliver successful client outcomes. • Consulting Skills: Experience with facilitating business process sessions to gather requirements, identify gaps, and recommend solutions that align with client needs. • Oracle HCM Best Practices: Experience with Oracle HCM best practices, including sharing knowledge with clients and identifying opportunities for additional services.
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Oracle HCM Implementation Expertise: Experience with implementing Oracle HCM Time & Absence modules, including configuration, prototyping, and testing to meet client-specific business needs. • Business Process Optimization Knowledge: Experience with designing and optimizing business processes to minimize future maintenance efforts and ensure process efficiencies, utilizing best practices in process design, product customization, and functional design. • Packaged Solution Customization: Experience with customizing packaged solutions to deliver successful client outcomes, including process design, product customization, and functional design.
