Responsibilities : - Lead the design and development of product architecture using Duck Creek technologies to ensure robust and scalable solutions. - Oversee the integration of Duck Creek Rating PolicyCenter Manuscripts Utilities and Core systems to enhance product functionality. - Provide technical expertise in database management and SQL to optimize data handling and storage solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product architecture with business goals and customer needs. - Ensure the seamless implementation of Duck Creek solutions in a hybrid work environment maximizing productivity and collaboration. - Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for improvement within existing systems and processes. - Monitor and evaluate system performance to ensure high availability and reliability of Duck Creek applications. - Develop and maintain documentation for product architecture and system integrations to support ongoing development and maintenance. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in Duck Creek technologies. - Implement best practices for system security and data protection to safeguard company and customer information. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams. - Provide guidance and support to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Analyze market trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and future product development. Qualifications - - Demonstrate expertise in Duck Creek Rating PolicyCenter Manuscripts Utilities and Core systems. - Possess strong skills in database management and SQL for efficient data handling. - Have a minimum of 11 years of experience in product architecture and system integration. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Show proficiency in managing hybrid work models and day shifts effectively. - Display strong communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams. - Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements. 9.
