ManpowerGroup Dealer Auditor in Kokomo, Indiana

Our client, a leading organization in the automotive industry, is seeking a Dealer Auditor to join their team. As a Dealer Auditor, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting Warranty Compliance and Dealer Network Oversight. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Dealer Auditor

Location: Kokomo, IN

Pay Range: $30 - $35 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Conduct comprehensive warranty audits at automotive dealerships to ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Review repair order documentation meticulously and initiate chargebacks for noncompliance issues.

  • Prepare and communicate audit findings through notification letters and detailed reports, maintaining proper documentation.

  • Analyze warranty KPIs and claim submission patterns to identify trends and potential deviations early.

  • Collaborate with dealership management and internal teams to promote adherence to warranty policies and procedures.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's Degree required.

  • 5-7+ years of experience in automotive retail processes, especially in fixed operations departments.

  • Deep understanding and solid experience with Warranty Claims/Warranty Audit within an automotive dealership environment.

  • Deep knowledge of automotive technical systems, repair, and diagnostic procedures.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (O365 / Online Collaboration).

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
