Opportunity
Join the Outside Food & Beverage leadership team in a key supervisory role. This position offers a distinctive opportunity to uphold and enhance Kohler’s renowned standard of service while contributing to an exceptional guest experience across our championship golf courses.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the team while working alongside to produce a seamless operation throughout the day.
Support team growth through ongoing training and development, helping associates exceed guest expectations.
Provide consistent coaching and performance monitoring to ensure we deliver a truly world class golf experience, while fostering a culture of inclusion, empowerment, and joy.
Collaborate with golf operations and restaurant leaders to ensure a seamless course experience.
OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Support administrative operations, including paperwork, opening and closing procedures, inventory ordering, delivery scheduling, point‑of‑sale updates, and records control.
Perform clerk and course server duties as needed to support daily operations.
TRAINING & GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES
- This role offers hands‑on training in Outside F&B operations, leadership skills, and cross‑department collaboration. Team members gain ongoing development, and opportunities for advancement within Kohler Hospitality.
This is a full-time opportunity working both weekdays & weekends. Shifts vary between 6:30 am and 9:00 pm.
Skills/Requirements
The ideal candidate is an organized, positive leader who communicates well, supports team morale, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Hospitality experience, especially in golf and food and beverage, is a strong attribute, along with a commitment to excellent guest service.
Preferred two-year degree or higher
Food and beverage experience, ideally in a golf setting
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative

The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.
