This Senior Engineering Project Manager - NPD will be responsible and accountable for executing a portfolio of New Product Development (NPD) projects in Rehlko Power Systems, delivering results without compromising scope, quality, financial discipline and schedule As a Senior Engineering Project Manager - NPD, you will drive high-impact new product development initiatives, leading cross-functional teams through a disciplined, gated development process. You will own projects from early concepts through market launch, balancing timeline, budget, scope, and resources while enabling teams to deliver innovative, cost-competitive products that support the company\'s strategic objectives. The Senior Engineering Project Manager - NPD requires strong leadership and decision-making skills to resolve challenges, manage risk, and ensure project milestones are achieved, while fostering collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, marketing, testing, and other functional areas. The Senior Project Leader (PMO) also contributes to continuous improvement efforts within the NPD and project management processes, mentors team members, and supports portfolio planning to reduce time to market and improve overall project efficiency.
