We are on the hunt for an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for hourly frontline roles across our Hospitality and Manufacturing operations. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner closely with hiring managers and HR, and play a critical role in ensuring our teams are staffed with great talent who keep our operations running. This is an onsite, hands-on recruiting role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working directly with leaders and candidates.
What You’ll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting for hourly frontline roles, from intake through offer
Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, hiring events, and community outreach
Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, availability, and fit
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and support interview and selection decisions
Support hiring events, job fairs, and open interview days
Maintain accurate recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system
Deliver a positive, respectful candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Skills/Requirements
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or hourly environments
Experience recruiting for Hospitality, Manufacturing, Operations, or similar frontline roles
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities
Comfort working onsite and engaging directly with leaders and candidates
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Experience supporting hiring events or large-scale hiring campaigns
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems

This means you’ll have access to your applicable benefit programs from your first day on the job, with no waiting period. The salary range for this position is $64,750 - $98,350. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
