Position Summary
Were looking for a dependable, customer-focused
Parts / Service Sales Representative to support our
marine and powersports customers. This role combines front-counter/phone sales with hands-on work in the shop and yard. If you enjoy helping customers, organizing, and arent afraid to roll up your sleeves, this is a great fit.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional customer service for marine and powersports parts/service sales (in person, phone, and electronic)
Assist customers with parts identification and selection (using diagrams, part numbers, model/serial info when available)
Create and process parts orders, invoices, and customer tickets
Order and receive parts , verify shipments, stock shelves, and maintain accurate inventory organization
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure correct parts are staged and available for repairs
Perform manual labor and facility tasks, including:
- Cleaning units (Outboards, Motorcycles, ATVs/UTVs, etc. as applicable)
- Keeping parts room, shop areas, and customer-facing spaces clean and orderly
- Assisting with loading/unloading parts and units as needed
Handle general duties as assigned to support daily operations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (POS/inventory training provided)
- Ability to follow safety practices and maintain a clean workspace
- Experience with any of the following: marine parts, outboards, trailers, personal watercraft; powersports (ATV/UTV/motorcycle)
- Familiarity with parts catalogs, ordering systems, or inventory management
- Sales or counter experience in a parts/service environment
