Dodge Construction Network HR Generalist in Kochi, India
Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is looking for an HR Generalist to join our team! The Generalist supports the HR team in managing day-to-day people operations, including employee experience, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational change. The role assists with the accurate and timely execution of core HR processes such as performance reviews, promotions, compensation updates, and title or level changes and provides administrative and operational support.
This is a full-time position and will report to the Director, Human Resources. Qualified candidates must be willing to work in the Kochi office.
Essential Functions
Partner with managers and team leads to support day-to-day people matters, including employee experience, employee engagement, and team coordination
Execute end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines
Support and coordinate core HR processes, such as performance reviews, compensation changes, and title/level updates, ensuring smooth execution and documentation
Prepare and update HR systems and trackers (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, proper documentation, and readiness for audits
Track and monitor HR process adherence across teams, flagging delays or inconsistencies and following up for closure
Assist in analyzing HR metrics (attrition, attendance, performance trends, engagement feedback) and highlight key observations to HR leadership
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations to ensure smooth hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle experience
Communicate HR policies and processes clearly to employees and managers, and support query resolution in a timely manner
Support process improvements and standardization initiatives, contributing ideas to enhance efficiency and consistency in HR execution
Assist in maintaining HR documentation and governance, including SOPs, policy updates, and audit-related requirements
Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management or equivalent education and work experience.
Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills
4-6 years of directly relevant experience across a variety of HR disciplines including employee relations, performance and talent management, engagement and inclusion
Excellent English communication with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated solution focus and comfort working in an environment which demands strong deliverables
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Maintain a high level of personal accountability
Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Ability to constructively engage with and influence team members at all levels of the organization
Self-motivated to embrace, define, and drive continuous improvement in how you and the HR team serve the business
Demonstrated ability to leverage your influence to mediate and bring people together
Ability to apply judgement based on knowledge and discernment
