Summary
Make the workforce plan real, at scale. As the Program Implementation lead for Workforce, you will operationalize the 5-year staffing, forecasting, and scheduling roadmap for 2,200 associates across 12 states. You will convert strategic standards into policies, platform configurations, training, and adoption on our Workforce Management (WFM) platform (forecaster and scheduler modules) to ensure the right associate, with the right skills, at the right time—while protecting client experience and productivity. Partnering with Workforce Strategy, HR, Branch Operations, Finance, Risk, Technology, and field leaders, you will run structured governance for the WFM ecosystem, maintain the change calendar, drive schedule adherence and forecast accuracy, and steward the personnel budget for Consumer in partnership with Finance. You will own the reporting layer for staffing and scheduling, maintain model/process documentation for risk and audit, and lead change management so that standards stick. Expect to move quickly, resolve issues decisively, and deliver measurable improvements to service levels, cost-to-serve, and associate experience.
Accountabilities (outcomes)
Policy-to-practice execution: Translate workforce strategy and standards into executable policies, WFM configurations, rollouts, training, and adoption across the branch network.
Platform and process governance: Own the WFM platform change calendar, access controls, data integrity, and support model; ensure consistent use of forecaster and scheduler modules.
Compliance and model governance: Maintain documentation, controls, and audit artifacts for workforce programs and the WFM platform; coordinate required HR, Risk, and Audit reporting.
Budget and value realization: In partnership with Finance, steward the $200MM personnel budget envelope; deliver measurable improvements in forecast accuracy, schedule adherence, labor productivity, and service levels.
Governance enablement: Prepare People inputs for the semiannual Distribution Council; run quarterly workforce governance reviews and monthly operational reporting.
Responsibilities (work performed)
Configure and maintain the WFM forecaster and scheduler modules to codify staffing standards, time standards, skills/role rules, and scheduling policies; manage release/change management.
Lead training, communications, and job aids for schedulers and branch leaders; operate tiered support to resolve field escalations and data quality issues quickly.
Produce monthly and quarterly FTE forecasts and “what-if” analyses with Workforce Planners; reconcile variances to plan; recommend corrective actions with Branch Operations.
Build and maintain the reporting layer for workforce metrics (staffing vs. target, schedule adherence, overtime, turnover, client service impacts); distribute dashboards and executive readouts.
Orchestrate cross-functional execution of workforce initiatives (pilots, national rollouts, process improvements) with HR, Operations, Technology, and field leaders; ensure adoption and sustained results.
