Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring a Patient Service Representative I in Knoxville, TN.

Pay: Starting at $14.50/hour
Type: Contract / Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Day Shift)
Location: Knoxville, TN
Primary Responsibilities
Greet, assist, and direct patients and visitors in a professional manner
Schedule patient appointments following established protocols
Obtain and document accurate demographic, insurance, and visit-related information
Complete patient registration and verify insurance coverage
Prepare patient charts and encounter forms; obtain necessary authorizations
Answer and route incoming phone calls appropriately
Maintain knowledge of insurance plans and provider participation
Assist with medical record filing and documentation updates
Collaborate with physicians and care team members to support patient care Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
At least 1 year of customer service and/or medical office experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Why Work for Adecco?

Pay Details: $14.50 to $16.50 per hour
