Responsibilities for a Logistics Clerk include but are not limited to:
Shipping & Documentation: Process domestic and international shipments using parcel clients (UPS, FedEx, DHL) and generate Bills of Lading (BOL), labels, and export documentation.
System Operations: Utilize business systems such as Oracle, AES, and Tradesphere to transact daily shipments and track orders for customers.
Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all ISO procedures and work instructions while supporting Dangerous Goods requirements and environmental regulations.
Warehouse Support: Package and mark shipments for all departments and assist other departmental areas to ensure continuous improvement in pack-to-ship cycle times.
Candidates for Logistics Clerk must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Education & Certification: High School diploma or equivalent; must be able to attain certifications for 49 CFR (DOT), IATA, and IMDG .
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Oracle or trade compliance software is a plus.
Physical Requirements: Ability to safely use packaging and freight handling equipment and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs .
Soft Skills: A collaborative style with a positive, forward-thinking attitude and the ability to maintain strong internal customer relationships.

Shift: Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)

Pay Details: $19.40 per hour
