Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Lenoir City, TN.
This is an on-site, full-time position.
Pay: $20.00+ per hour (based on experience)
Type : Temp to Hire
Schedule : Monday – Friday (clinic-based schedule; hours to be discussed at interview)
Location : Lenoir City, TN
Primary Responsibilities:
• Assess patient condition and obtain vital signs, weight, and general clinical status
• Assist provider with examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments
• Perform clinical skills including phlebotomy, injections (including dosage calculations), suturing, and other office-based procedures
• Administer medications per provider order, ensuring correct dosage, route, site, and documentation
• Provide basic patient care as ordered by provider
• Ensure timely receipt and communication of test results to patients
• Document all patient care, interventions, medication administration, and patient/family responses in the medical record
• Provide patient education and reinforce provider instructions and wellness guidance
• Triage patient phone calls and determine urgency of appointments
• Maintain adequate clinical supplies and ensure proper functioning of equipment
• Monitor accuracy of medical records and maintain required reports, logs, and statistics
• Maintain confidentiality of patient, staff, and practice information
• Utilize clinical and office equipment including EKG machines, stethoscopes, BP cuffs, scales, thermometers, and basic lab equipment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing training
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Tennessee required
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Clinical or outpatient clinic experience preferred

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
