Development Opportunities
Collaborate with the operations team to map out manual workflows and identify automation opportunities.
Support the creation of Power Apps applications to streamline daily operational tasks.
Develop visual dashboards using Power BI to monitor KPIs and drive data-driven decisions.
Assist in troubleshooting, testing, and refining digital tools based on user input.
Document workflows, SOPs, and usage instructions for the developed solutions.
Participate in regular team discussions to present progress and gather user feedback.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Interest in digital transformation within a manufacturing or operations setting.
Experience or coursework in Microsoft Power Platform tools is a plus.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated with a keen eye for process improvement.
