Sylvan America Inc Executive Admin Assistant in Kittanning, Pennsylvania
We are seeking a highly capable, motivated, and growth-oriented candidate to support our executive leadership team and Chief Innovation Officer. Key Responsibilities
Executive & Strategic Support
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Innovation Officer, including preparation of presentations, reports, confidential materials, and travel coordination
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively manage priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Serve as a trusted liaison between the CIO, executive leadership, and internal teams
Operations & Business Support
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the U.S. research/laboratory environment, including office logistics, supplies, IT coordination, and general operational support.
- Coordinate building, equipment maintenance, vendor relationships, and service agreements. Support budgeting and expense tracking related to Global Research activities.
Data, Systems & Process Coordination
- Maintain and coordinate global research databases, project tracking, and review schedules
- Curate and organize internal libraries of research documentation, testing data, and reference materials
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, systems, and workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience supporting senior-level executives or leadership teams
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with executives and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Self-starter with a desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility
