What We're Looking For:
We have an opportunity for an Account Manager to join our team in Sweden, as we grow our new markets into our main sector Retail. In general Zebra is addressing several verticals as, Transport & Logistics, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Public Safety.
You will need to be a sales professional with broad knowledge of the channels and wider customer eco-system needed to further develop the market for Zebra's portfolio which mixes hardware such as Mobile Computers, tablets, printers, scanners, RFID systems and tracking products as well as software solutions which all generate valuable outcomes for our customers.
Our team is looking for candidates that will be able to work towards our go-to-market strategy, which includes direct work with end customers and channel partners. You should be able to position Zebra's offerings towards different persona of end-users including upper level management, Directors, Solutions Owners. Also, you will be indirectly leading Zebra impact team which includes Technical and Solutions sales specialist, Customer Success functions and vertical experts.
You can be based anywhere in Sweden, but primarily we are looking for candidates in the Gothenburg region.
Sales and Customer Relations: Develop and adapt advanced sales strategies tailored to unique customer needs (end users as well as partners). Create and nurture customer partnerships, acting as a resource based on a deep understanding of relevant industries and customer requirements.
Technical Expertise: Utilize advanced domain knowledge to provide input into the development of Zebra’s business products and services, ensuring alignment with multi-business protocols.
Managerial Leadership: Lead impact teams consisting of Solutions Sales Specialists, Customer Success functions, Marketing and more, contributing to policy and practice improvements within the organization.
Business Development: Formulate business solutions that directly address financial challenges, driving profitable revenue growth. Coordinate and present comprehensive solutions that meet customer needs and outperform competitors.
Problem Solving: Lead the resolution of complex problems, developing unique solutions that can be applied across the business. Identify resources and develop contingency plans to address challenges.
Strategic Thinking: Manage projects of medium to high complexity, coordinating technical resources across multiple countries when necessary.
Independent Judgment: Exercise wide latitude for decisive actions impacting business initiatives and programs. Operate with independent judgment within broadly defined practices and policies.
Customer Engagement: Lead semi-formal teams in negotiations on complex deals, often involving multiple decision makers and influencers. Understand industry strategies, customer positioning, and financial drivers.
Accountability: Responsible for revenue attainment, margin management, and personal expenses. Manage a portfolio with an average to high individual quota, with strategic growth potential.
Qualifications:
Ability and willingness to travel across Sweden on weekly bases
Bachelors or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
3-5 years of applicable work experience - account management or related field
Good sales and negotiation skills with the ability to develop customer partnerships
Strong business acumen with a focus on financial growth and solution development
Experienced in selling technology solutions to Retail and background within a retailer in leading position.
Fluent Swedish and English language skills are required
Ability to solve complex problems and develop strategic solutions
Ability to be part and indirect lead cross-functional teams
Incentive Compensation:
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role an opportunity to earn variable compensation in the form of commission for achieving quota, at 67% , in accordance with the terms of the applicable sales incentive plan.
